LexFlex does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. There are no user accounts, no analytics, and no advertising.

Data We Collect

None. LexFlex does not collect any personal information, usage data, device identifiers, or location data.

Data Stored on Your Device

LexFlex stores the following data locally on your device only, using Apple's standard UserDefaults and local storage:

Your game statistics (wins, streaks, scores), your custom "My Words" word lists, and your challenge history. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to Labham LLC or any third party.

Challenges and Peer-to-Peer Sharing

When you create a Challenge, a small encoded file (.lexflex) is generated entirely on your device. This file contains only the puzzle word, your score, and your chosen category hint. It is shared directly with your recipient via iMessage, AirDrop, or another app of your choice.

Labham LLC does not operate any servers involved in this process and never sees the content of challenges.

In-App Purchases

LexFlex Plus is a one-time in-app purchase processed entirely by Apple. Labham LLC does not receive or store any payment information. Apple's privacy policy governs that transaction.

Third-Party Services

LexFlex does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or tracking SDKs.

Children's Privacy

LexFlex does not knowingly collect any data from anyone, including children under 13. There is nothing to collect.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date.
