Your call data stays
on your machine.

agentcents runs entirely locally. No LLM call data, no prompt content, and no usage telemetry ever leaves your machine.

What we collect

agentcents does not collect personal information, usage telemetry, or analytics. The proxy runs entirely on your local machine at localhost:8082.

Local data storage

All intercepted call records are stored in a local SQLite database at ~/.agentcents/ledger.db. This file is only accessible on your machine. Labham LLC has no access to it.

Pricing and model data is cached locally at ~/.agentcents/models.json and ~/.agentcents/chains.json. These are fetched from OpenRouter and LiteLLM public APIs on proxy startup.

Network requests

agentcents makes the following outbound network requests:

agentcents start — fetches fresh pricing data from OpenRouter and LiteLLM public APIs if local files are older than 24 hours. No personal data is sent.

agentcents activate <key> — contacts agentcents-license.labham.workers.dev to validate your Pro license key. Only the license key is transmitted. No machine identifiers or personal information are sent.

All other proxy traffic is forwarded directly between your agent and your chosen LLM provider. Labham LLC does not intercept, log, or store this traffic.

Pro license

Pro licenses are sold via Gumroad. Labham LLC does not directly handle payment information. Gumroad's privacy policy governs that transaction. Your license key is stored locally at ~/.agentcents/license.

Third-party services

agentcents does not integrate analytics SDKs, advertising networks, or crash reporting services.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date.
